Welcome to Victor Play Centre Inc, an inclusive non-profit child care organization which exists to promote, advance, and enrich the lives of the children in the Wellington School area of Winnipeg.
We are child centered with the focus on the total development of each child through play and self-discovery.
VPC provides a variey of individual and small group experiences which are age appropriate, learning centered and fun.
The main focus is to provide a balanced, developmentally challenging program focusing on emotional, physical, intellectual, creative, and social growth.
